• We automatically check stock with our warehouse.

In Stock: Ships within 1–3 business days. Backorder / Unavailable: We’ll contact you with options (wait, exchange, or refund). Preorders: Ship according to the estimated dispatch time on the product page (usually within 2 weeks).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.

Shipping Information

• Orders ship from our UK warehouse.

• UK plugs included. EU customers can request the plug type needed.

• We ship via Yodel, Hermes, DHL, Royal Mail, XDP, GLS, or similar trusted couriers.

Delivery Time

• Dispatch within 24 hours (business days).

• Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping for orders under 15kg.

• Orders over 20kg may incur a £30 shipping fee.

Tracking

• If your tracking hasn’t updated within 5 days, contact us and we’ll check it for you.
