We are confident that our products will offer you exceptional growth.
However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, please fill out the return request form to receive a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free and available for addresses in the USA, Canada, EU, UK, and Australia. We'll collaborate with you to address any concerns and either replace your product(s) or refund your purchase within the terms of our policy. We'll strive to get back to you within one business day regarding your issue.
Please take note of the following:
1. Returns or replacements must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product, and only for quality issues.
2. If your order included free gifts, please ensure that they are returned together with the main product, otherwise, we will not be able to provide a full refund.
3. Any returns that do not adhere to our warranty policy will be subjected to return shipping fees and a deduction of the listing cost. Before proceeding with a return, please get in touch with the Spider Farmer customer service team for guidance. Please note that we do not accept or inspect direct returns.
4. To expedite the refund review process, please keep the return package intact and provide pictures.

Return Procedure:
Different regions have different return addresses. Do request return shipping information before you need to return.
1. Please fill the return request form with pictures of lights(packages), an order screenshot, and the issue you have met.
2. We’ll check your request information and reply with solutions and a prepaid return label by email within 24 business hours.
3. Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you of your refund.
Replace/Return Request
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and you will be sent a confirmation. At this point, the refund is out of our hands and we do not have any control over the speed of the refund. The bank or payment processing service may take up to 3-7 business days to transfer the funds back into your account.
To receive your refund for returning a product that you were not satisfied with, send us a copy of the shipping receipt and we will reimburse you via PayPal.
International shipments: If we ship your light to your country and you fail to communicate with the shipping company to arrange receipt of your package, the shipping company will destroy your package and you will not be refunded from us. Nor will Spider Farmer take the item back or reimburse you for the cost of the item or shipping.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that we have received your order and payment.Stock Verification & Processing
We will automatically confirm product availability with our warehouse.In Stock: Orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours.
Out of Stock: If the item is unavailable or on backorder, we will contact you promptly to offer the option of waiting for restock or exchanging or receiving a full refund.
Preorder Items: If your order includes a preorder item, it will be shipped according to the estimated dispatch time listed on the product page. Preorders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Shipping Methods: All orders are discreet packaged and shipped via YODEL, DHL, Royal Mail, XDP, or GLS.
Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
Free Shipping: Local UK orders qualify for free shipping.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at info@marshydroled.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order.Once the package has been shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
Refused deliveries will result in return shipping fees being deducted from your refund.
Return Policy
Eligible Items
Only LED Grow Lights are eligible for return or exchange.Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Grow Tents and Grow Tent Kits are final-sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a tent with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to assist.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
