✔️ Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Only LED Grow Lights are eligible for return or exchange.
Items must be in original condition and original packaging.
Missing accessories (wires, controllers, hangers, etc.) may void the return.
❌ Non‑Returnable Items
Grow Tents and Grow Tent Kits are final sale.
If a tent arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll assist.
📝 Return Requirements
Contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
If your order included free gifts, they must be returned with the main product.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in like‑new condition.
Keep the package intact and provide photos to speed up review.
🚚 Return Shipping
Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping.
Damaged or defective item: We cover return shipping once valid proof (photos/videos) is provided.
🔁 Return Procedure
Contact us to request a return and receive an RMA + return address.
Provide photos of the product, packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll review and send a prepaid label if applicable.
Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll email you with the refund status.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing time is typically 3–7 business days after approval.
If returning due to dissatisfaction, send us the shipping receipt and we’ll reimburse via PayPal (if applicable).
🌍 International Shipments
If a package reaches your country but you do not arrange delivery with the courier, the parcel may be destroyed. In these cases, refunds cannot be issued.
