How to Grow Vigorous CBD Seeds With the RQS CBD Seed Starter Kit
Carefully take your CBD seeds from their packaging. Do not try to push the seeds through the back of their pack—peel back the seal instead.
Open the pack of Easy Start pots. They come with a sachet of our signature Bacto formula, made to fast-track germination and root growth.
Open the Bacto formula and stir it into 1 litre of lukewarm water (22–25°C). Add the mixture to a plastic tub large enough to hold your Easy Start pots.
Place your Easy Start pots into the water, letting them soak for a few minutes.
As your Easy Start pots soak, prepare the base of your propagator by lining it with perlite.
Place your soaked Easy Start pots on top of the perlite, which will help retain any water leaking from your pots and create a humid environment inside your propagator.
Make 5–10 mm-deep holes in the middle of each Easy Start pot. Place a seed in every hole and cover it gently with soil.
Add the walls and top to your propagator, creating a closed environment for your seedlings. Turn on the LED lights, and let Mother Nature do her thing for 1–6 days.
IMPORTANT: Don't open your propagator or disturb your seedlings during their germination phase. Opening the propagator will cause the humidity inside it to drop, which can hinder the germination and rooting process. Also, fiddling with the dirt covering your seedlings is a big no-go and can cause damage to their sensitive roots.
Wait for your seedlings to grow at least 3 cm tall. Observe the bottom of your Easy Start pots and keep your eyes peeled for little white roots—a sign that your seedlings are ready for bigger containers!
